Glycolic Toner

A revolutionary facial toner and treatment in one that rejuvenates and balances the skin. Directions: After cleansing, apply a small amount to a cotton pad and gently swipe over face, neck and décolleté. Use morning and night. Avoid the immediate eye area. Some mild stinging may occur.
